Hi Gina, I wanted to thank you for providing excellent service in caring for our parents. The whole family is very pleased and grateful that we have a care provider service that has been basically perfect. We feel lucky that someone we knew recommended Care Plus Provider and we couldn’t be happier about that choice. The caregivers you provide are thoroughly knowledgeable about all aspects of their job. In addition to that, they are very friendly and kind to our parents and to our entire family. They are upbeat and they create a happy mood in our parents home and happy and fun interactions with our folks. We are impressed to see this. We often drop by unexpectedly and this excellent care and interpersonal warmth are witnessed. Your caregivers also prepare nutritious meals that are designed around food our parents like. We like how we get notice when a caregiver is going on vacation. We appreciate how you provide an alternate and they come to the home before the vacation starts to get trained on the individual needs of our parents. Personal care (baths, toilet visits, etc.) are provided expertly and in a timely manner. Our Father told us that your caregivers “treat me with dignity”. They alert us immediately when they see anything of concern that may warrant a doctor’s visit. It is possible for our parents to continue to live at home because they are being taken care of properly and they really like the people you provide. For all of this, we are extremely pleased and grateful for your service. We can’t think of a singe thing that could be improved. Thank You!!!

My family and I are very pleased with the quality service we receive from Care Plus Provider employees for the daily care of our mother. My mother is elderly and has multiple health problems. She recently came under Hospice services. The caregivers have been attentive to her changing medical needs. are thoughtful, skilled, and compassionate people. We rely on them to care for her daily activities. Most importantly, my mother is happy with the caregivers.
